Details

Shadowing Activity is a group work I did for the class called Design for Usability. During this project, my teammate or I as the user needs to go to separate stores to find one same product and the other person as the researcher accompanies the user and observes how they move in stores and find the product within their natural environment.

In our case, we need to separately go to Staples and Basic Plus around our school to find a specific Command Hook.

Then we drew Behaviour Map for both users, analysed pain points for each store and made suggestions on how we think the stores could change to meet the users’ needs.
